Oceania witnesses increasing Bangladeshi migrants

 

Migration from Bangladesh to Oceania continent has increased to more than 55k by 19 percent in the last 5 years while the number for Europe increased to above 435k by 14 percent in the same period. The Bangladeshi migrant people stock is highest in number in Asia i.e. 6.5 million. On average, the overall stock of Bangladeshi migrant people around the world has increased by 7% in the last 5 years. Interestingly, the highest stock of migrant Bangladeshi was found in the high-income countries followed by lower-middle income countries. The top destination for Bangladeshi people is India followed by Saudi Arab, and then the United Arab Emirates.
